Who Is okwrite?

okwrite (never capitalized) exists to provide very high-level content marketing services for brands that span the globe. 

Our content creation process begins and ends with a deep understanding of our clients’ ultimate business goals as it pertains to their content marketing.

okwriter – Content Writer (Contract, remote)

Location: Remote

Requirements: 

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience creating written content for the web
  • Have a deep passion for many topics and a love for learning (aka you’re awesome at Jeopardy).
  • Love seeing your work published all over the internet.
  • Can budget your time and hit deadlines?

okwriter – Content Writer (Staff)

Location: Kingston, Ontario, Canada

Requirements: 

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience creating written content for the web

Outbound Sales (Contract, Remote)

Location: Remote

Requirements: 

  • Sales experience
  • Perfect english

Position

We are currently looking for remote sales person to help expand our client base in the UK, AU, and Europe. This position is separate from our inbound sales team, and you will be responsible for generating your own leads. Tons of flexibility, opportunity, and organizational growth for driven individuals 

Requirement

  • Willingness to learn and love meeting people. 
  • Strong selling skills to close around objections. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take charge and complete objectives. Entrepreneurial orientation, customer focus, and strong work ethic.
  • Proactive thinker. 
  • Excellent prospecting, resourcefulness, communication, presentation, and networking skills Incentive-driven sales “hunter” 
  • Must enjoy cold-calling and speak with people face to face Experience dealing directly with mid-sized business owners.
  • Hubspot experience an asset

This position is salary + Commission

Content Strategist (Staff)

Location: Kingston, Ontario, Canada

Requirements: 

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience creating written content for the web

Position

The okwrite content strategists work very closely with both okwrite clients and okwrite teams. Strategists are responsible for identifying content marketing opportunities for clients, mobilizing the okwrite team to take advantage of those opportunities, and verifying the final product aligns with the original vision 

Requirement

  • Self-driven, independent individual
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines (for you and your team)
  • Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals 
  • Lead the content architecture development for a multitude of brands
  • Work closely with staff and contract okwriters
  • Strong understanding of web tools and simplified use of language to ease user engagement
  • Ability to showcase high-level strategy and process of content design and how it interrelates with multiple programs/brands
  • Experience using GSuite Products
